Overview

MPEG Encoder from NEC Electronics are being widely used in applications from PC/Servers to camcorders which contain hard-disk. This device converts ITU-R BT.656 video signals and PCM audio signals into an MPEG2 stream. Some of its applications include PC capture boards and HDD video recorders.
